W Seattle Live Music Program
THE IDEA
W Seattle had been running a DJ program for many years that had gone stagnant. They wanted to start having weekly live music performances in their Living Room, along with DJs on the weekends. At the same time, they recently installed a recording studio in the hotel and looking for someone to manage it.
THE CHALLENGE
Help W Seattle become a desired destination not only for patrons to enjoy live music, but a venue local musicians to were eager to play.
THE CREATION
Be the conduit for the hotel to the local music scene. Book up and coming talent that fit the vibe of the city and the hotel. Through the years I have taken responsibility for everything from booking talent, payments, coordinating studio sessions, designing and maintaining their PA system, booking audio engineers, and consulting on their elevated activations throughout the year.
